To engage Gen Z authentically, we pivoted toward dynamic storytelling with backstage festival footage, matchday reels, and local stories, tailor-made for TikTok, Reels, and Live formats. In just eight months, followers rose by 99%, reach expanded by 200%++, and engagement spiked 3.5×, turning Efes into a vibrant digital ceremony for youth culture.
